Vintage Printage at Ballarat Biennale 2011

Polariod transfers are made by partially developing the chemistry and transfering the image to another surface before it has fully developed.

This winter Ballarat will be buzzing again with its Photographic Biennale.  From August 20th to September 18th Ballarat will be packed to the rafters with photographic exhibits of all kinds.  As well as the gallery exhibitions, nearly every little shop and cafe will host a show.  Don’t miss the  “Vintage Printage” exhibition by Linda Pottage (lil ol’ me) on at the gorgeous Retro and vintage shop Blonde Vintage at 425 Sturt Street in Ballarat.   Open  Tuesday to Friday 10am – 5pm and Saturday 10am – 3pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Here is the beautiful old Polaroid 250 responsible for some of the images in the Vintage Printage exhibition.  All the images are signed and numbered limited editions and will be available for purchase.
